Size and design

A spacious 16×20-inch solid wood frame for a fuller selection of flowers and greenery. Suited to centered or garden-style designs, rose-heavy bouquets, and larger blooms.

Included

Color correction, custom floral design, framing, UV-protected glass, hanging hardware, and wall protectors.

Price

Frame from $500. Options may change the price; applicable sales tax and shipping are additional. The nonrefundable $100 deposit covers pressing and reserves your calendar slot. It is separate from the frame price and is not deducted from it.

Timing

Pressing alone typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. Reconstruction, design review, and framing follow. Plan for at least 2 to 3 months for the full process after we receive your bouquet and signed contract; it may take longer depending on the flowers or the season.

Frame and glass

Handcrafted locally in Reno from solid wood, sealed for durability, with UV-protected glass. UV-protected, anti-reflective glass and background options are available at checkout.

Design review

You’ll receive a photo of your design to review before framing. One revision is included. Additional design drafts cost $55 each.

Flower selection

We select the flowers and greenery that best suit the frame. The artwork may include most of your bouquet or a selected portion; every flower is not guaranteed to fit. Roses are pressed petal by petal and reconstructed. One fresh rose can often supply enough petals for approximately three preserved roses.

Booking and payment

Book your bouquet drop-off and pay the nonrefundable $100 deposit online before purchasing a frame. Your calendar slot is reserved once booking and payment are complete. The deposit covers pressing once per bouquet, is separate from the frame price, and has no sales tax.

After booking, purchase your frame online using the same name and email, or choose and pay at your studio drop-off appointment. Applicable sales tax is added to the frame price. Already booked and paid for this bouquet? Keep your appointment and do not pay the deposit again, including when ordering more than one eligible piece.

Delivering your flowers

After you order, we’ll send a preservation contract and delivery instructions. Pressing begins after we receive your bouquet and signed contract.

Bouquets should be dropped off or shipped as soon as possible after the event, ideally within 2 to 5 days and no later than 7 days.

Arrive at your booked time and location. Partner self check-in drop-offs require booking and deposit payment online before delivery. Follow your location instructions and do not pay partner shop staff.

If you plan to ship your bouquet, or your preferred date or location is not listed, email contact@pressedpetalstudio.com before buying a frame or sending flowers. We’ll confirm availability and arrange your reservation, online deposit payment, and delivery instructions.

Bouquet care and appointment changes

Keep stems in clean water and the bouquet in a cool, secure place until drop-off or shipping. For local transportation, use a vase with water or wrap the stem ends in a damp cloth and secure them inside a sealed plastic bag.

If you’re running late or need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

Pickup and shipping

Local pickup is available by appointment at Pressed Petals Studio, 24 Winter Street, Reno, Nevada.

We ship throughout the United States. Clients pay for shipping flowers to the studio and for insured return shipping of the finished artwork, plus a $25 return-handling fee.

Availability

Reservations are open for 2026 and 2027, with a limited number of bouquets accepted each month. Last-minute wedding requests are accepted year-round, subject to availability. Memorial requests may also be accepted as availability allows.
