Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Pressed Petals Studio. Each piece we create is individually designed and handcrafted using your own flowers. Due to the custom nature of our services and products, all sales are subject to the following policy.
Custom Floral Preservation Services
All floral preservation services are custom commissions.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place on our production schedule. The deposit secures your reservation and covers administrative costs, consultation time, scheduling, and preparation for your order.
Once your flowers have been received, preservation work begins immediately. Because each order requires labor, materials, and studio time that cannot be recovered, all payments made toward floral preservation services are non-refundable.
By placing an order and delivering your flowers, you acknowledge and agree that your order is custom made specifically for you and is not eligible for cancellation, refund, return, or exchange.
Design Approval
Each preservation piece is an original work of art.
Clients will receive one design preview and one complimentary revision, unless otherwise stated.
Additional revisions, redesigns, or changes requested after approval may be subject to additional fees.
Failure to respond to design proofs within a reasonable period may result in the original design being considered approved and production continuing.
Natural Variations
Pressed flowers are natural botanical materials.
Color, texture, size, shape, translucency, and overall appearance will naturally change during the drying and preservation process. Certain flowers preserve better than others, and results vary depending on flower variety, maturity, freshness, moisture content, handling before delivery, and environmental conditions.
These natural characteristics are expected and are not considered defects, damage, or errors.
No refunds, replacements, or discounts will be issued due to the natural changes that occur during preservation.
Artistic Discretion
Each preservation piece is individually designed by the artist.
While every effort is made to preserve the overall style, movement, and sentiment of the original bouquet, exact duplication is not possible.
Clients acknowledge that the final composition is an artistic interpretation and that design decisions, including flower placement, spacing, layering, trimming, and reconstruction, remain within the professional discretion of Pressed Petals Studio.
Client Supplied Flowers
Clients understand that flowers are perishable and unpredictable.
Pressed Petals Studio is not responsible for deterioration resulting from:

Delayed drop off

Improper storage before delivery

Weather conditions
-
Flower age
-
Flower variety
-
Previous handling by florists or other parties
The quality of the final artwork depends largely upon the condition of the flowers when received.
Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, Pressed Petals Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.
Clients are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance when available.
Any shipping damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographs of both the damaged packaging and the artwork.
Ready to Ship Products
Ready to ship items, including greeting cards, ornaments, jewelry, pressed flower gifts, and other retail products, are final sale unless damaged during shipping.
Workshops
Workshop registrations are non-refundable.
Registrations may be transferred to another participant with advance notice. Transfers to future workshop dates are not guaranteed and are made solely at the discretion of Pressed Petals Studio.
Pickup & Storage
Clients will be notified when their order is complete.
Completed artwork should be picked up within 30 days of notification unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pressed Petals Studio reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees for artwork remaining beyond this period.
Artwork abandoned for an extended period after repeated attempts to contact the client may be disposed of in accordance with applicable Nevada law.
Limitation of Liability
Pressed Petals Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the preservation process, natural botanical changes, shipping, delays, or the use of the completed artwork.
In no event shall the total liability of Pressed Petals Studio exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Client Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, shipping addresses, event dates, personalization details, and order selections.
Pressed Petals Studio is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any dispute arising from services provided by Pressed Petals Studio shall be governed by Nevada law.
