Service Description

Book your bouquet drop off first. Pay the $100 nonrefundable flower pressing deposit online to secure your spot in our preservation calendar. Please complete your booking and payment before purchasing a frame or bringing your flowers. After booking, choose and purchase your frame online or in person at your studio drop off. Use the same name and email for your booking and online frame order so we can match them. There is no need to choose a frame when you reserve. What your $100 deposit covers The deposit pays for flower pressing and reserves your spot. It is charged once per bouquet, even if you order multiple frames or add-ons from the same flowers. No sales tax is charged on this pressing service. Framing is optional and purchased separately, with applicable sales tax. The deposit is not deducted from the current frame prices. You may receive your pressed flowers back without purchasing a frame. Already booked or paid? Keep your existing appointment and do not book or pay again for the same bouquet. If you paid but do not have an appointment, email contact@pressedpetalstudio.com so we can help. Existing orders and reservations retain their original payment terms. Already purchased a frame without booking? Complete this drop off booking and pay the $100 deposit online before bringing your flowers, unless pressing was already paid or included in your original order. Use the same name and email as your frame order. A frame purchase alone does not reserve a drop off appointment. Pressed Petals Studio | 24 Winter Street, Reno Please allow approximately 15 minutes. We will receive and photograph your bouquet, review your preservation contract, and help you choose your frame if you have not already purchased it. Partner Self Check In and Shipping Choose an available location during booking and follow its delivery and paperwork instructions. Pay your deposit online before delivery, not to partner shop staff. If your preferred date or location is not listed, or if you plan to ship your bouquet, contact us before purchasing a frame or sending flowers so we can arrange your reservation, online deposit payment, and delivery instructions. Please bring fresh flowers as soon as possible after your event, ideally within 2 to 5 days and no later than 7 days. Your deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel. Last minute bookings are subject to availability. If we cannot accommodate a last minute drop off, we will refund the deposit.
