Welcome to Pressed Petals Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing this website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing a product, or placing an order with Pressed Petals Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Services
Pressed Petals Studio specializes in sentimental floral preservation, including wedding bouquet preservation, memorial flower preservation, custom pressed floral artwork, framed botanical keepsakes, greeting cards, workshops, and other handmade floral products.
Because every preservation piece is individually handcrafted using natural flowers, no two pieces will be identical.
Client Supplied Flowers
Clients are responsible for delivering flowers in the best possible condition.
Flowers should be delivered within the recommended timeframe provided by Pressed Petals Studio. Delays in delivery, improper storage, weather conditions, flower age, transportation, or prior handling may affect the final preservation results.
Pressed Petals Studio will make every reasonable effort to preserve the flowers provided but cannot guarantee the successful preservation of every bloom.
Artistic Process
Every preservation piece is an original work of art.
Clients understand and acknowledge that the final artwork is an artistic interpretation of the original bouquet and that exact duplication is not possible.
Pressed Petals Studio retains sole artistic discretion regarding flower placement, composition, trimming, spacing, reconstruction, and overall design while making every effort to preserve the overall character of the original bouquet.
Natural Variations
Flowers naturally change throughout the preservation process.
Variations in color, size, texture, translucency, and shape are expected and are not considered defects.
Pressed Petals Studio does not guarantee specific colors or exact preservation results due to the natural characteristics of botanical materials.
Design Approval
Each preservation order includes one design preview and one complimentary revision.
Additional revisions, redesigns, or changes requested after approval may be subject to additional fees.
Failure to respond to design approvals within a reasonable time may result in production continuing based on the original design.
Production Timeline
Estimated production timelines are provided as a courtesy only.
While most preservation projects are completed within the estimated timeframe, production schedules may vary due to flower type, drying requirements, studio workload, supply availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Completion dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Payments
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order.
The remaining balance is due according to your invoice or before artwork is released to the client.
Failure to make payment may delay pickup, shipping, or delivery.
Cancellations
Because each preservation order is custom made specifically for the client, cancellations are not permitted once flowers have been received and preservation has begun.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Custom Orders
All preservation artwork, custom frames, greeting cards, ornaments, jewelry, and commissioned pieces are custom made and are final sale.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued except where required by applicable law.
Workshops
Workshop registrations are non-refundable.
Participants may transfer their registration to another individual with advance notice.
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions while using tools, adhesives, glass, floral materials, or other workshop equipment.
Pressed Petals Studio is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of tools or failure to follow safety instructions.
Shipping
Clients requesting shipping are responsible for all shipping charges.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, Pressed Petals Studio is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.
Shipping insurance is recommended.
Claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographs of both the packaging and the damaged artwork.
Pickup & Storage
Clients will be notified when their order is complete.
Completed artwork should be picked up within 30 days unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Pressed Petals Studio reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees for artwork remaining beyond this period.
Artwork abandoned for an extended period after reasonable attempts to contact the client may be disposed of in accordance with applicable Nevada law.
Photography & Marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing before or at the time of drop off, clients grant Pressed Petals Studio permission to photograph flowers, the preservation process, and completed artwork for use on our website, social media platforms, educational materials, printed publications, advertising, and promotional materials.
Client names and personal information will never be published without consent.
Clients may opt out of photography by notifying Pressed Petals Studio before or during their appointment.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, artwork, website content, logos, graphics, designs, written materials, and other content created by Pressed Petals Studio remain the exclusive property of Pressed Petals Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Website Use
Users agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, or violate any applicable laws while using this website.
Disclaimer
Pressed Petals Studio makes no guarantees regarding the longevity of preserved flowers beyond normal preservation expectations.
Preserved flowers should be displayed indoors, away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, moisture, and extreme temperatures to maximize their lifespan.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pressed Petals Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

Natural changes occurring during flower preservation

Condition of flowers upon receipt

Shipping delays, loss, theft, or carrier damage

Client handling, installation, display, or storage of artwork

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Failure of clients to provide accurate information or respond to communications
In no event shall the total liability of Pressed Petals Studio exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the services provided by Pressed Petals Studio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within the State of Nevada.
Changes to These Terms
Pressed Petals Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.
